👋 I'm Matthew Brennan. My career took me from working with talent managers in New York to building sales teams and launching new products at fast-growing companies in Ireland before joining Kota.
I lead our new-business sales, working across the whole sales process, from building target lists and deciding who we should be talking to, right through to contract negotiation. I also work closely with our product and customer success teams, so we can learn from each other and improve how we do things across the business.
The people are honestly the best part. From my very first day meeting everyone at the company, it's been a friendly and genuinely ambitious group, with real domain experts who give us an edge in the market.
I'd love to help bring pension setup and management to a much wider group of people. Almost everything else in our lives is automated, but setting up a pension is still so cumbersome that people fall behind on retirement savings simply because it's inconvenient.
