👋 I'm Sima Sergeeva. Before moving into product and tech, I worked as a flight attendant.
I lead our new AI team, which is part of our product team. My first project at Kota was a feature called Change Reporting, which helps employers see what's changed in their pension contributions since they last ran payroll, the first feature I've built here from start to finish. In my own time, I also built Kota's free offer-letter tool, now available to anyone at offer.kota.io.
