👋 I'm Joana Cristóstomo, I moved into customer support early on thanks to my language skills, coming from a background in Sociology, and went on to spend 10+ years in customer-facing roles across travel and hospitality, on-demand printing, and AI software startups.
I work on our integrations team, helping connect Kota to the insurance and pension providers we partner with. That means setting up and maintaining the technical connections that let data flow correctly between Kota and our providers, keeping our integrations documentation up to date, and troubleshooting issues so things run smoothly behind the scenes.
