👋 I'm Paolo Fulgoni & I've spent nearly 15 years working as a software engineer across different industries, from computer vision to financial services. These days I focus on backend and product work.
I work on the backend side of Kota's platform, focused on how companies connect their existing systems to us. One project I've particularly enjoyed is our HRIS integration, which lets customers link their existing HR software to Kota, so they can bring their whole team onto the platform in just a few clicks.
What stands out to me is the pace: we ship new features quickly and are constantly taking on new challenges. The team matters just as much, with the mix of talent and experience I get to work with every day.
Having worked remotely myself, I've seen how hard it can be for companies to offer equal benefits to employees no matter where they're based. That's the problem I care about solving most, making employee benefits simple, accessible, and fair, regardless of where someone works from.
