👋 I'm Luke Stepney. I've spent the last ten years building talent and people functions at startups, most recently as Head of Talent and People Experience at Octopus Money.
I am building Kota's talent function from the ground up, leading hiring across the business, from recruiting through onboarding. Because hiring affects every team, I work closely with leadership to ensure we bring in the right people as we grow.
