👋 I'm Justine Rodriguez & I've spent over eight years working in workplace fintech and pensions, including eight years at Smart Pension where I finished as Head of Payroll Solutions.
I'm Head of Integrations, working alongside our teams focused on international expansion and product to integrate with our partners for the benefit of our users. I love knowing how things work, finding the best way to make them operate, and making the most of the technology available, with the goal of making it as seamless as possible.
The people, and their ambition. Nothing feels too big to take on and accomplish, given the right mindset, starting with the technology itself.
