👋 I'm Ceri Thomas & I've spent the last eight years working in fintech focused on pensions and technology, including several years leading payroll integrations and strategic partnerships at Smart Pension.
I look after our carrier partnerships, building relationships with the insurance and pension carriers we work with, and leading on expansion with new partners in new countries. We build deep integrations with our partners so their processes fit smoothly into the experience for the people using our platform.
For me it's the people first, everyone is genuinely great to work with, and collaboration is a big part of how things get done here. It's also the technology, and the overall culture and energy.
We want to help employers manage financial benefits for their staff no matter where in the world their employees are located. The most important thing we're working on is growing our partner network so we have coverage in the places our customers need it most.
