👋 I'm Abbi Kelly & I work across four areas for the founding team at Kota: people ops, HR, recruiting and company-wide offsites.
My work changes week to week and touches most corners of the business. One week I'm building out performance reviews and engagement surveys, the next I'm handling onboarding logistics for new hires, or organising our quarterly all-company meetings and offsites, including coordinating them across ten countries and multiple time zones.
Getting to learn a little of everything, fast, and seeing the direct impact of my work across the business is exactly why I love it.
