Kota has ranked 12th on the Sifted 250, out of the 250 fastest-growing startups in Europe. Sifted ranks the list purely on revenue growth, compound annual growth rate over three financial years, across every sector.

How we got here

Benefits haven't changed much in twenty years. Most companies still run them through a broker they hear from once a year, with spreadsheets standing in for a system. We built Kota to fix that: your benefits wired into HR systems and benefits providers so the daily routine tasks runs itself, backed by an experienced brokerage team that models renewal options months ahead instead of a scramble every year, and one predictable fee instead of a stack of hidden costs.

Kota now powers benefits for 100,000+ employees across dozens of countries for some of the world’s fastest growing businesses - as well as providing benefits infrastructure for leading global HR platforms.

What's next for Kota

It’s been a heavy four years, but the rails that Kota runs on are now built. The next chapter is what runs on top of it, and I’ll be excited to share more on this soon.
