Today is a big day for us at Kota: our health insurance offering goes live inside PayFit - the payroll platform used by over 20,000 SMEs across Europe. It’s a very exciting day for us for three big reasons.

NHS waiting lists are at record levels, with millions of people facing delays for treatment and even routine GP appointments. As a result, more employees are turning to their employers for support: employer-sponsored private medical insurance is now at a 30-year high, and one in three working adults say private healthcare is “essential,” not a perk.
