Our Commitment

Kota is committed to making insurance products accessible to everyone. We follow accessibility guidelines to ensure our services work with assistive technologies like screen readers.


What We Cover

This statement applies to our consumer-facing insurance products in the European Economic Area (EEA):

  • Employee insurance app - for viewing and managing workplace benefits

  • Embedded insurance tools - integrated into partner platforms

  • Health insurance services - direct consumer purchasing

Note: This statement does not apply to Business admin interfaces which are B2B services  and outside the scope of European Accessibility Act accessibility requirements.


Accessibility Features

Our products include:

  • Keyboard navigation for key functions

  • Screen reader support for essential content

  • Good color contrast for readability

  • Clear headings and labels

  • Alternative text for important images


Known Issues

Some advanced features have limited accessibility support due to the specialized nature of insurance calculations coupled with our large range of coverage. Where possible, we provide simpler alternatives for core functions.
